Travel Fees

• Same Day Travel within 10 miles: $100
• Extended Travel (10–30 miles): $150
• Late Night or Weekend Fee (after 6 p.m. or for weekend appointments): Additional $50

Loan Signing Agent Fees

• Full Loan Signing Package — Purchase, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgage, others:
• ($150–$200 depending on complexity and location)
• Seller’s Package: ($100–$125)
• Loan Modifications: ($75)
• Buyer’s Package: ($100–$125)
• HELOC: ($100–$125)
• Deed Fees ($15 per signature)
• Printing Documents 100–150 pages (if not provided): $20–$35

Trust Package Notarization

Includes standard notarization of Living Trust, Certification of Trust, POA, and associated documents.

• Base rate: $100–$150 (up to 6 signatures, within 10 miles)
• Additional signatures: $15 each

Wait Time

• Please note, if the signing is delayed beyond the scheduled appointment time, a wait fee of $25 per 30 minutes will apply.
